For the care of the garden, there is a well, which will provide more than enough water to see you through the toughest drought, and reduces the expense of utilising town water. The Macquarie River is a special place where kayaking is a joy, and we even have the elusive platypus residing not far from this delightful property. Just think, you can roll out of bed, throw on the togs, pick up your kayak, walk down your backyard and you are in the river! Life doesn't get much better than that.
